About the Artist

Laura is the current Properties Artisan for Teatro Visión and is also the Stage Manager for The Circus of Sin (a neo-burlesque variety show hosted by the Caravan Lounge every 2nd Friday at 10PM). For the last 2 years they have been a student of Foothill college earning their Theater Technician AA. This spring they will go on to get their Theater Design BA. Some of Their notable productions include: Light Design for Shakuntala at Foothill College (2024), Props Artisan for La Mariposa/Breaking Through for Teatro Visión (2024), Props Artisan for Clyde’s at City Lights Theater (2024), Projection Designer for Shakin’ the Mess Outta Misery for Tabia (2024), Props Artisan for Ken Ludwig’s The Game's Afoot at City Lights Theatre (2023).

Besides their work in the theater Laura is has also been a circus sideshow performer for the sideshow duo NoReason since 2013. They enjoy making props, puppets, various types of light and prop designs for other projects and shows across the bay area.
